About Us

Dalian Weizhimu Brewing Foods Co., Ltd. was established in 2005 and is headquartered in Dalian, Liaoning Province. The company specializes in fermented products and has now grown into a comprehensive enterprise integrating research and development, production, processing, operations, and sales.

 

 

Factory Develop a fermentation-products industry chain, with sake, various liqueurs, honmirin, sushi vinegar, brewed rice vinegar, and cooking sake as the core offerings.

 

The company boasts standardized factory facilities, state-of-the-art processing equipment, and imported production machinery, set within a garden-style plant environment. The production park covers an area of 35,000 square meters, with a total building area of 15,000 square meters, and has received a total investment of more than RMB 50 million. Its annual integrated production capacity exceeds 20,000 metric tons. The company has obtained HACCP and ISO 9001 quality management system certifications, as well as FSSC 22000 food safety certification, ensuring comprehensive quality control throughout the entire process—from procurement and processing to shipment.

 

Development History

  4. 2008 In March of this year, it was awarded the Dalian Famous Brand Product honor.
  5. 2011 In January of this year, it was awarded the prestigious Liaoning Provincial Famous Trademark designation.
